Questions
Is the tracker really free?
Yes. It's a Google Sheet or Excel file that you keep. No trial and no card details.
Do I have to change the apps I use?
Usually not. Most of the time the fix is setting up what you've already got properly and connecting it.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. Everything is set up in your own accounts, and you can remove my access whenever you like.
Do you do accounts or tax returns?
No. I set up the systems. Your bookkeeper or accountant looks after your tax, and I'm happy to work with them.
What if something breaks?
On the care plan, I fix it. Without one, you get a fixed price before I start.
Are you local?
I'm in Southampton and can visit around Southampton and Hampshire. Everything can also be done remotely, anywhere in the UK.
Is there a contract?
One-off jobs are a fixed price. The care plan is month to month, and you can cancel any time.
